Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation of Rental Items
Rental items are considered reserved only upon receipt of the required deposit. Fletcher Event Rentals will provide items substantially similar to those shown on the inventory pages of our website. As all inventory consists of previously used rental items, minor signs of wear, including scuffs, scratches, or other cosmetic imperfections, may be present. Fletcher Event Rentals guarantees that all rental items will be clean, functional, and safe for their intended use.
2. Payment
To secure your rental, a nonrefundable deposit is required. Deposit amount will be dependent on total of items rented. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of Delivery/Pick Up, unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via cash, Zelle (FletcherEventRentals), or credit/debit card upon request. Please note that credit/debit payments may include an additional processing fee charged by Chase Bank.
3. Rental Period
All items must be returned by the agreed Return Date listed above unless an extension is approved. Late returns may result in an additional fee of $10 per day.
4. Condition of Equipment
The renter agrees to:
● Return all items in the same condition they were received.
● Ensure chairs, tables, and equipment are kept clean and protected from damage.
● Notify the rental provider if any equipment stops working or becomes damaged.
5. Cancellation:
If the event must be canceled, please provide as much notice as possible. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable. Payments may be transferred to a future booking at the discretion of Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC.
6. Liability
Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents arising from the use, misuse, or improper setup of rented equipment, including but not limited to lawn games, tables, chairs, and tents. The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment and agrees to ensure that all items are used safely, on stable ground, and in accordance with any provided instructions.
The renter is responsible for inspecting all equipment upon delivery and prior to use and for discontinuing use of any item that appears unsafe or damaged. The renter further agrees to be responsible for any injury to persons or damage to property occurring during the rental period and to indemnify and hold harmless Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the rented equipment.
Renter is also responsible for monitoring weather conditions and agrees to properly secure or discontinue use of equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs, during unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, or severe weather.
By submitting payment (deposit or in full), renter agrees to the terms of this rental agreement.
