How do I rent chairs from Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC?

Let us know that you’re interested in renting chairs for your event by emailing FletcherEventRentals@gmail.com or using the Contact Us form on our homepage. We will email you a quote for the items you would like to rent, and then once you confirm, a Rental Agreement will be sent.

Do you offer Delivery?

Delivery is available based on the location of your event. We deliver all party rentals in Annapolis, Maryland for $55.00, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, for $75.00, and surrounding counties (Baltimore, Howard, Calvert, Prince George's, Queen Anne's) for $100.00.

Delivery may be arranged to other areas based on availability. Please inquire for a custom quote.

Chair rental pickups take place between 4pm-7pm in Annapolis, Maryland (21403).

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $25.00 deposit is required to hold your chair rental from Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC.

How many chairs do I need for my party?

Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC recommends at least one chair per guest. If you are hosting an "open house" style event, we suggest getting chair rentals for 50% of total expected guests.
