Yes, Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC provides delivery for all rental orders. We deliver tables, chairs, tents, and other event equipment directly to your event location. Delivery fees depend on distance, order size, and setup requirements. We confirm all delivery details in advance so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you set up the rentals?
Yes. We offer professional setup and breakdown services for most rental items, including tables, chairs, and tents. Our team ensures everything is placed safely, correctly, and ready before your event begins. We also return after the event for pickup unless otherwise arranged.

What payment do you accept?
Fletcher Event Rentals accepts Cash, Zelle, Credit or Debit.

How many tables do I need for my event?
The number of tables you need depends on your guest count and seating style.

A simple estimate:
Guest count ÷ 8 = number of round tables needed

Are you insured?
Yes, Fletcher Event Rentals, LLC is fully insured. This provides peace of mind for venues, corporate events, weddings, and private parties. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide it upon request.

Is a deposit required to book rental items?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount depends on your total rental order. Once the deposit is received, your items and event date are officially reserved. The remaining balance is due before or at delivery unless otherwise agreed.
